After the sale, don't think you're out of luck if you have a problem. We have in-house repair capabilities, as well as a well-equipped parts department on the premises. Our in-field services extend to all Dimension One Spas purchased through us back to 1996. Other spas can also be serviced through recommended services.
In Addition, in-field service can be requested and is done in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. If service is required on Dimension One Spas, we have field-certified spa techs on hand to meet your demands.
For your chemical needs, Pool Park has an extensive water test lab to handle any problems with your pool or spa. Even if it is just general information on water chemistry, we are here to troubleshoot anything that might occur.
If you purchase a larger item from Pool Park, such as a pool, spa or heater, we offer free delivery service up to 50 miles. So relax, let us handle it.
